Newsletter signup
When a signup form is displayed, it invites readers to “Join the Motor Sticker list for future articles and reading suggestions.” The form asks for an email address and explicit agreement to receive email updates from Motor Sticker.
When the form is submitted, the site stores the email address, a hash used to check for duplicate signups, the signup time, the source page path without its query string or fragment, the consent wording accepted, and the collection status in the site's WordPress database.
This collection is enabled for possible future updates. Email delivery, confirmation, and unsubscribe features need separate configuration. A signup does not promise a mailing schedule or indicate that an active mailing service is currently operating.
Spam protection
The signup system creates temporary rate-limiting records to reduce automated or repeated submissions. These records use hashed network identifiers and are cleared through periodic cleanup. This describes the signup module only; it does not mean the site's hosting systems never record IP addresses.
Contact messages
If you email contact@motor-sticker.com, Motor Sticker receives the information you choose to send. This can include your email address, message, and attachments. Please avoid sending personal information that is not needed to answer your question or request.
Record access and retention
Authorized administrators can view, export, and remove newsletter signup records. These records also work with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Newsletter signup records remain in the WordPress database until an administrator removes them or an erasure request is processed.

To request access to or removal of a newsletter signup record, email contact@motor-sticker.com and identify the email address used for the signup. Providing that address helps locate the correct record. At launch, email is the documented route for these requests because mailing and unsubscribe features require separate configuration.
